Sometimes there’s a wedding you just can’t wait for…this was that kind of wedding for us. When we met Brooke at Tagaris winery in Richland, WA she gave us details about what she was planning. Purple, silver, & black for colors, couture styled decor as well as dresses, & Marcus Whitman Hotel in Walla Walla on a sunny wedding day. The combination of these elements were fantastic & I have to admit, hearing that Brooke once worked for Nordstrom in marketing, clarified she probably knows what taste is. Now for a personal plug…I love how Nordstrom continues to evolve with fresh ideas & chic style for brides (check out Brooke’s AMAZING Ivanka Trump shoes…they were to die for!).

The ladies got ready at the Marcus Whitman Hotel in downtown Walla Walla. The room that Brooke & her friends got ready in had great light & was huge! She had a lot of ladies fit in one place & it didn’t feel too crowded!

Brooke’s details were fantastic! She had a touch of sophistication, elegance, vintage, & couture style. She’s a girl who really knows how to accessorize. Her hairpiece was vintage & her jewelry also had a vintagy style.

We captured images of Mark & Brooke as well as their wedding party & family in Pioneer Park. It was such great weather!

We then headed back to the church & enjoyed gorgeous details (Brooke sewed her own aisle runner…amazing!)and a humorous ceremony lead by Father Grant…aka Brooke’s brother.

The reception was full of fantastic detail thanks to Agape Events in Tri-Cities, WA. Renae & her team did a great job bringing everything together. They were great to work with!

The most touching aspect of their reception was Brooke’s brother, Grant, singing to her. I cried behind the camera watching how it touched her!

Being that Mark & Brooke were both Cougars…they had the perfect cake & topper to fit their college days.

Olive made a four tiered textured cake that was delicious!

We captured some images of Mark & Brooke alone in the Marcus Whitman that ended up being fantastic light. It really showcased the hotel and it’s vintage appeal.
